OK so hands up we have been away on holiday, then we have all been ill. Now the big kid is back at school and it is time to get into some new and healthy family routines.
So here is what you can expect from here on in. Sunday’s are a great day for planning and reviewing so I’ll be sharing some great planning tips, trying out tips and checking out what works best.
Wednesday is the mid-week hump and is going to be my practical day sharing family projects, DIY ideas, crafty stuff and recipes.
Friday is the start of the weekend for most of us so it is all about making time for a healthy minds and bodies for all the family.
Hopefully in the future I’ll be adding a few YouTube videos but let’s not get ahead of ourselves!!
